Regional Groups

Not surprisingly, K-12 Islamic schools tend to develop in geographic clusters that mirror the clustering of Muslim communities across the U.S. The clustering is driven by many factors including areas of economic opportunity and proximity to major universities.

Islamic schools, unlike other regional Islamic community organizations, have often recognized the importance of forming regional collaborations--in the case of schools--regional school organizations.

This section focuses on regional school groups. Regional groups are listed here along with their member schools, contact person, web site (if available), and information about their activities.

The League encourages the formation of regional groups of K-12 Islamic Schools.

      • If your school is a member of a regional group but is not listed under
Regional Groups, send us an email to: info-league@4islamicschools.org
      • If you would like to know more about the "anatomy" of a regional
        group click here!

      • If you are the coordinator of a regional group and would like to have a web
page to display general information about your group send us an email
        to: info-league@4islamicschools.org
