Schools Council of the Greater Washington, D.C. Area
The Islamic Schools Council of the Greater Washington D.C. Area
(ISCGWA) was established in June 2000 to serve as the coordinating
body for the 9 local Islamic schools in the Washington, D.C.

Islamic
Schools Association of New York (ISA)
As unity among Muslims is commanded by Allah (SWT), the Islamic
Schools Association of New York, ISA, will serve all Islamic
Schools in New York State. By appointment to the New York State
Commissioner's Nonpublic Schools Advisory Council and membership
to state and local organizations and committees, ISA will provide
a voice and recognition for all Islamic Schools, and distribute
resources and information to its members. ISA will proactively
keep its member schools informed and up to date with the ever-changing
education issues as they relate to Islamic School Affairs. Click

Michigan
Islamic Schools Group
Michigan Islamic schools in the greater Detroit metropolitan
area with one school located in Toledo, OH recently created
an informal coalition of Islamic schools. The group meets periodically
to discuss areas of collaboration and mutual interests. Click

New
England Muslim Educators Network (NEMEN)
NEMEN is an informal regional group begun in 2001. NEMEN area
includes Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire,
Rhode Island and Vermont. Its purpose is to support
the many facets of Muslim education with specific focus on
full time Islamic day schools and homeschools in New England.
NEMEN has an easy to join email list, activities, maintains
an up-to-date listing of all Islamic schools in the area along
with resource lists for both school and homework on its website
