School Registration Form (Part I)

Welcome to the League's School Registration page. There are two parts to registration, and you will need about 10 minutes total to fill out both parts. Part I is information that will be posted on the League's web site - it is public information. Part II is information that will NOT be made available to the general public. It will be used for research and shared with other organizations that wish to make a positive impact on Islamic education. Please be sure to fill out both parts of the questionnaire. Thank You!
